A complete sand making and washing production line which was shipped to Dominica in this spring were installed, debugged, and begun production last week.

This production line includes a Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (VSI sand making machine model KL-10), a Vibrating Screen (model 3YK1860), an integrated sand washing and fine sand recycling machine (model THC1836), and several belt conveyors.

When ordering and shipping this production line, our company took into account the localization of customer installation. Our company's design team has modularized many auxiliary components based on years of on-site installation and production experience, and drew detailed drawings. We have produced easy to learn installation guidance videos, simulated 3D installation and production videos. The customer independently completed all installation and debugging according to our company's installation documents and videos throughout the entire process, achieving smooth production.
